I’ve been with this insurance company for so many years, and I can honestly say their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. Every time I’ve needed help, they go above and beyond to make sure I understand the process and feel supported. They don’t just provide insurance, they provide peace of mind. Their team is knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to take the extra step to ensure things are handled smoothly. After a so many years with them, I can confidently say I wouldn’t want to be with anyone else.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this office. Despite being a long-time State Farm customer, I have consistently received vague, delayed, and dismissive responses when trying to resolve simple billing questions. As the screenshots show, I reached out multiple times to schedule a call and get a clear explanation about inconsistencies in my bill. Instead of answers, I was brushed off with generic replies and told to wait two weeks for a meeting, even though I had already scheduled a call that was disregarded. What I expected was professionalism, respect for my time, and clear communication. What I experienced instead was poor follow-up, a lack of accountability, and unhelpful responses. Ultimately, I had no choice but to change agents to someone who values their clients and is responsive. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a State Farm agent consider another office where your business will truly be respected.

I normally dread dealing with insurance companies. I spoke with Cesar and he was kind, explained everything thoroughly and patiently (multiple times as needed), and made me feel empowered and comfortable as a customer. The rate I was offered was better than others I explored, but honestly, I would choose State Farm to work with Cesar again even if it were a little pricier.
