I rarely leave reviews, but I feel itβs important to share my experience with this office. Despite being a long-time State Farm customer, I have consistently received vague, delayed, and dismissive responses when trying to resolve simple billing questions.
As the screenshots show, I reached out multiple times to schedule a call and get a clear explanation about inconsistencies in my bill. Instead of answers, I was brushed off with generic replies and told to wait two weeks for a meeting, even though I had already scheduled a call that was disregarded.
What I expected was professionalism, respect for my time, and clear communication. What I experienced instead was poor follow-up, a lack of accountability, and unhelpful responses. Ultimately, I had no choice but to change agents to someone who values their clients and is responsive.
I strongly recommend that anyone looking for a State Farm agent consider another office where your business will truly be respected.
